We are fundraising to support our core operations and tech center!
This year we’ve leaned heavily into helping folks access Pandemic relief—Salvation Army funds and All In Washington funds were delivered to 40+ households for rent & utility assistance, and 300 boxes of dry goods were delivered by volunteers to those in quarantine. We committed to keeping our doors open, safely. And we put our tech center and commercial kitchen and counseling space improvements on hold temporarily.
Now, we have an amazing Americorps staff member who is operating our new Tech Center and assisting student learners to navigate their online course work in Early Childhood Education. We will be hosting English as a Second Language classes next quarter through a partnership with Wenatchee Valley College.
And WorkSource is back on site offering employment services each week, connecting local workers with jobs, up-skill training, and access to our technology center services.
